Our industry has evolved from a flow-based to a stock-based business, as it responds to new demand to improve the quality of housing and create low-impact housing following the introduction of the Act on Acceleration of the Spread of Long-Life Quality Housing.

In these circumstances, we are convinced that demand for ground survey and improvement work will increase. We aim to accelerate our growth and increase corporate value by bolstering our ability to receive ground survey and improvement orders from small retail store or low-rise apartment buildings.
